Introduction

Gender mainstreaming is a crucial approach for ensuring that the perspectives and concerns of both women and men are considered in policy formulation, decision-making processes, and programs to achieve gender equality.
This comprehensive 5-day training course aims to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to integrate gender perspectives into their work within non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Through interactive sessions, case studies, and group activities, participants will develop a deeper understanding of gender issues and learn practical methods for mainstreaming gender in their organizations' activities and projects.
Each day of the course will feature a mix of presentations, interactive discussions, practical exercises, and case studies to ensure active participation and effective learning.
Participants will also have opportunities to share experiences, challenges, and best practices related to gender mainstreaming in their respective contexts.
